Documents, images, and signatures
PDFs, selected images, document edits, and drawn signatures are processed locally in Aurevessa where the feature supports local processing. Working copies may be stored on your device or in your browser so you can continue your work. Clearing local app or browser storage can remove those working copies.
OCR and advanced document tools
Aurevessa+ OCR recognizes text locally in supported browsers or the installed app and creates a searchable PDF copy. Aurevessa does not send page images or recognized document text to Rare Frequency Works for that OCR process.
Purchases and premium access
Aurevessa does not require a separate Rare Frequency Works account for core document editing. Storefronts and billing providers may process purchase identifiers, subscription status, and entitlement information needed to complete, restore, or verify Aurevessa+ access. Rare Frequency Works does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
Advertising
The free version of Aurevessa may display advertising on eligible non-blocking screens. Advertising providers may process device or browser identifiers, approximate location, ad interactions, consent choices, and fraud-prevention signals according to their own policies. Aurevessa+ is intended to remove ads while premium access is active.
Diagnostics and service data
Aurevessa may store limited local diagnostic information, such as an error message or app state, to help troubleshoot a problem. Document contents are not intentionally included in those local diagnostics. If additional remote analytics or crash reporting is introduced, this policy and applicable store disclosures will be updated as required.
Sharing and selling information
Rare Frequency Works does not sell the contents of your PDFs, images, signatures, or OCR text. Limited purchase, advertising, or service information may be processed by the providers described above under their own privacy terms, or disclosed when legally required or reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or abuse.
Retention and deletion
Local recent documents and working copies remain under the storage controls of the device or browser you use. You can remove local working copies from Aurevessa, clear browser or app storage, or uninstall the app. Files you intentionally save or download remain wherever you chose to store them.
Children
Aurevessa is a general productivity tool and is not directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to online services in their location. Do not use Aurevessa to submit personal information about a child in a way that violates applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Aurevessa evolves, including when new platforms, billing methods, advertising services, or data practices are introduced. The effective date at the top of this page will show the latest revision.
